Barry Bondroff has over 35 years of experience providing companies of all sizes and industries with practical and cost-effective accounting, assurance, tax, business, technology and financial advisory services. Barry has helped a variety of organizations achieve their goals through comprehensive risk assessment and by selecting cost-effective management controls. Barry specializes in accounting and auditing services, transportation, automobile dealerships, management consulting and wholesaler distribution.

Barry is active internationally in professional accounting organizations and is often called upon to serve on conference panels and seminar faculties. Barry currently serves on the Executive Committee, Loan Committee, Audit Committee, and as a Board member and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee for First Mariner Bank. Barry is a member of the Audit Committee for the Community Federation of Baltimore and serves as a member on the Board of Trustees at Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie College). Barry was recently appointed as a member of Medifast, Inc.’s Board of Directors & Audit Committee in 2008.

In addition to his professional affiliations, Barry is on the Board of Directors of the Special Olympics of Maryland.
